INDUSTRIAL CAPACITY

INTERMARIUM

Industrial architecture for the development of integrated technology ecosystems.

INTRODUCTION

In 2025, two European companies — Wings ICT EU Digital s.r.o. (Czech Republic) and KINGENERING J.D.O.O. (Croatia) — initiated the Intermarium Project.

The project is focused on developing standards, frameworks and structural models for building industrial clusters that support innovation, technology development and sustainable industrial growth.

CLUSTER OVERVIEW

Conceptual Overview — Intermarium Industrial Cluster

Arsenal Storage

Distributed storage area designed for long-term preservation of ammunition, warheads, and critical components. Built on a dispersed “swarm” principle with earth berms, internal road networks, and safety separation distances to minimize cascading risks and maximize operational resilience.

FIRE & DRONE RANGE

Controlled live-fire testing and training zone for artillery, air defense, and small arms systems. Sector-based layout with dedicated impact zones and safety buffers to ensure operational separation from UAV and urban training areas.

Dedicated airspace and ground infrastructure for testing, training, and certification of UAVs and unmanned maritime systems. Includes launch/landing corridors, controlled flight paths, communication zones, and EW testing areas.

URBAN TRAINING ZONE

Modular urban simulation environment for tactical training, system validation, and drone operations in dense environments. Structured in block and квартal formats with integrated safety buffers.

MILITARY BASE

Operational deployment and accommodation area including command facilities, housing, helicopter/UAV pads, logistics units, and reserve space. Positioned outside calculated hazard and explosive risk zones.

INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Production area for ammunition assembly, UAV manufacturing, propulsion systems, composites, machining, and mechanical engineering facilities. Includes segregated modules for higher-risk processes and secure perimeters for partner manufacturers.

Cluster Logistics

Centralized but distributed logistics system including rail entry node, cargo hubs, maintenance facilities, engineering centers, and multimodal transport access. Designed with redundant routing and separated traffic flows.

Administration Hub

Cluster-level C2 center housing headquarters, data centers, cyber operations, and monitoring systems. Hardened, partially fortified, and capable of operating in isolated network mode with independent utilities.

ENERGETICS SATTELITE

The Energetics Satellite  is a physically isolated, high-security zone dedicated to hazardous energetic and chemical production. Built on strict quantity-distance (QD) principles and modular separation, it prevents cascading risk while remaining fully integrated with the cluster’s operations.

Engineered with independent perimeters, blast buffers, emergency response units, and on-site neutralization systems, it ensures contained, resilient, and secure energetic manufacturing.

ROLE WITHIN THE WINGS ECOSYSTEM

Intermarium establishes the industrial framework of the WINGS ecosystem, developing scalable production clusters and structural models that transform technological innovation into sustainable industrial capacity and long-term economic growth.
